EXcapes price policy
Holiday prices shown are intended as a guide. When you contact us to make your reservation we will quote you the latest price based on current flight availability, overseas costs and exchange rates. Once we have confirmed your booking, the price is protected subject to clause 4a of our booking conditions. For rail holidays, we are unable to confirm either seat or price availability with SNCF until 3 months before departure. In this case, should an increase be levied to the price of a rail holiday which you do not wish to pay, you may cancel your holiday without charge.
Consumer Protection
The air holidays and flights on this website are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Our ATOL number is 0921. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid us for an advance booking. For rail and self-drive packages, your monies are protected by way of a bond held by ABTA for rail and self-drive package holidays. Excapes is a member of ABTA with membership number V3900. ABTA and ABTA members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
