There are nearly 1000 apartments and villas in the Heliopolis residence. Visitors can choose from a variety of apartment styles and locations. There are small studios for two and apartments for up to six people. Some face the inside of Heliopolis’ horseshoe shape, others the outside, some have garden views, others look out to the sea or other buildings. Both standard and superior apartments for up to six people are available, some with air-conditioning. Most have a balcony or terrace.
Location
The large, horseshoe shaped Heliopolis building is split into sections which are named alphabetically. Sections C, D, O and AB are closest to the beach whereas F, G and H are 100 metres or so further away. In the centre of the horseshoe is the commercial centre containing bars, restaurants and shops.
Facilities
There is a wide variety of supermarkets, grocery stores, boutiques, bars and restaurant in the Port Nature building. Club Le Jules (couples only) is situated under the Waiki Beach complex in front of Port Nature and there is a fee paying pool available here.
