If you have decided that you wish to book straightway, go to the booking page where you can fill in our electronic booking form and email it to us, or download a hard copy which you can then print out, fill in and send or fax through to us.

Holiday Prices & Flight Supplements
The prices shown are for indicative purposes only. They are based on flight, exchange and other rates at the time of printing, in November 2011. These costs are subject to fluctuation and our actual prices will reflect any changes. We will give you a personal up to date quotation before you book. Once confirmed with deposits paid, the holiday price is fixed and may only be subject to surcharges as defined in section 4A of our Booking Conditions.
Holiday Durations
For space reasons we show prices for one and two week holidays. However, you can stay longer at almost all of our destinations. Please email us for the extra costs.
Flexible Travel
We offer all the popular travel choices. If there are special arrangements or combinations that you’d like, please don't hesitate to contact us via email.
Regional Flight Departures
We may be able to offer flights from other airports than those listed. Please enquire by phone. This will affect your holiday price and we will give you a specific, up to date price when you make your booking.
Flight Notes
The prices shown are based on known flight prices from a London airport at the time of printing. Prices vary according to which departure airport and airline are used. Airlines operate fluid pricing systems meaning that the prices increase as the flights start to fill. The prices shown are for guidance only - we will calculate your personal holiday price using the up to date price for the flight you choose when we give you your quotation. This may be higher or lower than the prices quoted on this website. When you contact us to make a booking we act as an agent for the relevant carrier which will be disclosed on your documentation. A contract exists under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all the services described in our invoice. We reserve the right to substitute alternative carriers if necessary after we have confirmed your booking. Any such change does not provide grounds for cancellation without penalty.
On Board Catering Where a pre-bookable meal is available, these cost an extra £12-£15 per person. Please advise us if you require a meal and if have any dietary requirements in this respect, e.g. vegetarian.
Luggage Allowance Luggage Allowance is usually between 15kg and 20kg according to the airline - please ask us for confirmation. We will pre-book one bag per person.
Pre-booked seating, Extra leg room, Seats together, Speedy Boarding Dependent upon the airline concerned, these facilities may be available for a supplement. Please ask us to quote at the time of booking. Extra administration fees may be incurred if the facilities are added later.
Premium Cabin Seats Dependent upon the airline concerned, there may be a premium cabin available on your flight and premium seats may be available for a supplement. On the charter airlines, the upgrade can be as little as £210 per person return. Please ask us to quote at the time of booking.
Vacation of Accommodation
It is standard international practice to let rooms from midday to midday. However times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 15:00 and 17:00, checkout times between 10:00 and 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Therefore, if you check-in immediately after a night flight this would normally count as one night's accommodation. Similarly if your return flight is at night you will normally be required to vacate your room at 12 noon prior to leaving for the airport. A late check out may be possible – depending on whether or not your room is required for another arrival that day. There is likely to be a cost for this and it should be arranged locally with the accommodation management.

Your right to holiday health care in Europe
If you are a UK resident, you are entitled to medical treatment that becomes necessary, at reduced cost or sometimes free, when temporarily visiting a European Union (EU) country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland. Only treatment provided under the state scheme is covered. However, to obtain treatment you will need to take a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you. You can apply for an EHIC online at www.ehic.org.uk, call 0845 606 2030 or collect an application form from the Post Office.
There is no charge and you will only need to complete one application for you and your spouse/partner and children.
Passport requirements
You should hold a valid ten year passport, ideally with at least six months left to run (essential for the United States). For entry you will need to complete an ESTA form online – go to https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov//esta. For other countries’ requirements check online at www.fco.gov.uk. For entry into the United States you will need to complete advice pages on www.fco.gov.uk to find out how long your passport needs to be valid for your destination.
The UK Passport Service will be introducing a biometric passport which will be issued upon application for a new or replacement passport. If you need to apply for a new or replacement passport, we recommend that you do so at least 12 weeks prior to your departure, although the UK Passport Office aims to make passports available at short notice. First time passport applicants over the age of 16 years may be required to attend an interview as part of the application procedure. Children, including babies, who are not already included on a valid ten year passport, will need to have their own passport if they are to travel abroad. It is now not possible to add or include children on British passports. Children who are already included on an exisiting passport may continue to travel with the passport holder until either the child reaches the age of 16, or the passport on which the child is included expires or needs to be amended. Children aged 16 and over already have to hold their own passport and are not affected by these changes. For more information on UK passport requirements please visit http://www.ukpa.gov.uk
